Curtin University 2022 - Destination Australia Scholarship - International Students

Applications are accepted all through for the destination Australia Scholarship program at Curtin University 2022. Destination Australia scholarships are funded by the Australian Government to support students studying in Regional Australia. The scholarships are available via hosting Universities

The destination Australia scholarships at Curtin University are available to mining and metallurgy postgraduate students who will complete their full degree at the Curtin Kalgoorlie campus. Applications are open until scholarships are exhausted. The Scholarship is valued at AUD$15,000 per annum for the duration of the postgraduate degree program. The scholarship will be paid as a cash stipend of AUD$15,000 per year.

For applicants to be considered for these scholarships, they must be applying for one if these degree programs

Master of Professional Engineering (Mining Engineering)
Master of Professional Engineering (Metallurgical Engineering)

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship interested applicants must:

be an International student, full fee-paying, non-sponsored students
be international students who are studying on a valid student VISA
have evidence of academic merit for the highest completed qualification
You must remain enrolled at the Kalgoorlie campus. 75% of your course needs to be completed at our Kalgoorlie Campus for courses with a duration of 2 years or less
Must be Enrolled full-time

Other conditions: The scholarships are not available to students who are sponsored by a government entity or a corporate body. Can be revoked at the discretion of Curtin if the recipient already has a scholarship, sponsorship or fee offset for their mainstream course.
