Australian Student Visa (Subclass 500) Application tips

1. First, Make sure that your documents are all certified and  saved electronically

•    👉Evidence of your financial capability ( bank statements if you are self-sponsored and scholarship support form if you are a scholarship holder) 
•    👉Four recent passport-size photos( This will be submitted when you go for a health examination at the medical centre)

Make sure you have all these documents scanned and saved electronically as it will make it easy for your use when uploading the supporting documents before final submission OF application. You can save these documents in your personal computer, USB, Drives etc..

2.  Make sure to have met all the visa requirements 

This is very essential, before you proceed with the visa application, make sure that you have met all the necessary requirements already. Make sure to go through the department of home affairs website, try to understand all the visa requirements .If possible contact your school if you have questions. Below is a handy list of requirements that you must meet :

• 👉You must be enrolled in a  CRICOS course and already possess your CoE ready (Confirmation of Enrolment)
• 👉You must meet the English language requirement. Your institution might aim at a particular target that is different from that of the department of home affairs. Make sure to verify this before applying.
• 👉Make sure to meet the adequate health insurance requirement.
• 👉Make sure that you meet the genuine temporary entrant  (GTE). This is one of the most essential criteria not to sleep on. Understand what exactly is GTE

4. Make sure to stay healthy
