  About the positions ECU Creative Excellence Scholarship 2026 The 2026 ECU Creative Excellence Scholarship is proudly offered by Edith Cowan University (ECU) to support talented international students pursuing creative disciplines in Western Australia. This scholarship is designed to attract high-achieving global students to ECU’s vibrant arts and creative industries programs at the City Campus. The opportunity is open to prospective international undergraduate students enrolling in selected creative courses in Semester One or Semester Two, 2026. The scholarship provides a 10% tuition fee reduction for the full duration of the eligible course. CQUniversity encourages new students to apply and be a recipient of the Destination Australia Scholarship for the full duration of their studies. All new students will also be eligible for the International Student Scholarship – Regional which provides an additional 25% scholarship for the duration of your studies, effective from Term 2, 2020.

Applicants will be assessed on a competitive basis as scholarships are limited as per the selection criteria.

SCHOLARSHIP SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Available to new to CQUniversity students
  • Attained an overall grade of at least 65% or equivalent in your most recent studies.
  • The scholarship is not transferable to other campuses.
  • You must remain enrolled at the Rockhampton campus.
  • You must maintain a valid Student Visa for the duration of your scholarship.
  • You must maintain ongoing residency in the regional area where your study is based, for the duration of the scholarship.
  • Submission of a 500 word study statement at the time of application.
