About the positions University of Tasmania International Scholarships 2025-2026 This prestigious scholarship is sponsored by the University of Tasmania to support exceptional domestic and international research students. It offers the opportunity to pursue a Master’s or PhD degree by research in various disciplines at one of Australia’s leading universities. The scholarships are awarded competitively based on academic merit, research potential, and other relevant achievements. Priority is given to new candidates focusing on strategic research areas. Scholarship Overview Scholarship type: Fully funded Stipend value: AUD $34,315 per annum (latest rate, indexed annually on January 1st). Relocation allowance: Up to AUD $2,000 to assist with costs of relocating to Tasmania. Other allowances: Minor supplementary awards or income from part-time work within university guidelines may be permitted.
