Project: PAT Spectroscopic and MS techniques for near/real-time product characterisation for plasma-derived products
The University of South Australia is inviting applications for a fully-funded PhD scholarship position to conduct research in PAT Spectroscopic and MS techniques for near/real-time product characterisation for plasma-derived products.
If Are you interested in drug development, and innovation in R&D for next-generation therapies or gain experience working in an S&P top 100 company, then this position is for you. A world leader in protein-based therapeutics CSL, in collaboration with the University of South Australia, has partnered to offer PhD projects, focusing on creating new approaches to support drug discovery and development.
The successful candidates for this position will benefit from expertise in mass spectrometry (MS) analytical methods for support protein-based therapy development, working in Adelaide and Melbourne, Australia. The projects are designed for the successful candidates to spend significant time (up to 1/3 of the total project) on-site at CSL’s state-of-the-art research facilities in Melbourne.
The scholarship offers several financial support to eligible applicants. This includes a fee offset or waiver for the standard term of the program. A living allowance scholarship of $28,597 per annum, and a top-up scholarship with a value of $5,000 per annum for these successful applicants.
