PhD scholarship positions in Immunomodulatory properties of natural anti-cancer compounds, RMIT University
Applications are currently open for 2 fully-funded PhD scholarship positions in Immunomodulatory properties of natural anti-cancer compounds at RMIT University, Australia. These PhD projects have the objective to investigate two natural compounds (Xanthatin and L-carnosine) that have the potential to modulate immune responses and thereby effectively contribute to cancer treatment.
The value of the scholarship will be equivalent to an RMIT full Scholarship. The scholarship will be available for the duration of 3.5 years. Applicants with a background in immunology, genetics or bioinformatics are the main priority.

Eligibility Criteria

- The applicants must have completed a relevant Bachelor’s Degree and Honour’s or Master’s.
The desirable criteria to be considered for this scholarship include:
- Practical experience and conceptual background in cellular immunology.
- Experience in tissue culture.
