Thomas T Roberts Education Fellowship 2024
This fellowship is a prestigious opportunity for postgraduate research students at the Sydney School of Education and Social Work. Eligibility Criteria for Thomas T Roberts Education Fellowship

To be eligible for this fellowship, applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in a Master's by Research or PhD program at the Sydney School of Education and Social Work.
  • Conduct research in the field of education.
  • Be a graduate of the Sydney School of Education and Social Work.
  • Demonstrate the need to undertake overseas travel as part of their research.
  • Be under 35 years of age.

  1. Curriculum vitae (CV)
  2. Detailed proposed budget and itinerary, including places to be visited, purpose of research, and date of return to Australia
  3. Outline of proposed research (no more than two pages)
  4. Outline of anticipated benefits to Australian education from the research
  5. List of publications (if relevant)
  6. Letter of reference from a supervisor
  7. Personal statement demonstrating the need for overseas travel and its importance to the research

The selection committee, composed of the Head of the School of Education and Social Work and a senior female lecturer o cfr their nominees, will assess applicants based on the submitted documents.
