ANU College of Law Excellence Scholarship 2024-2025

The Australian National University (ANU) is offering the prestigious ANU College of Law Excellence Scholarship to attract and support outstanding international postgraduate students. This scholarship is intended for students pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the ANU College of Law. Each semester, up to five awards are available for exceptional candidates, particularly those from selected countries in Asia.

Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be an international student.
  • Be a citizen of one of the following countries: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, or Vietnam.
  • Have applied for admission to the Master of Laws (LLM) program at the ANU College of Law.
  • Have an excellent academic record, defined by a minimum GPA of 5.5 out of 7 or higher.

Selection Criteria 

Selection for the scholarship is based on academic merit and the following factors:

  • Outstanding academic performance in previous studies.
  • Relevance of the applicant’s previous qualifications to the Master of Laws program.
  • Professional achievements and experiences related to the field of law.
  • Potential contributions to the legal profession.

There is no separate application process for the ANU College of Law Excellence Scholarship. Eligible candidates are automatically considered based on their admission application for the Master of Laws (LLM) program. To be considered:
