International Welcome Scholarship  Master of Education  Murdoch University 2025

Murdoch University is currently offering the International Welcome Scholarship to support outstanding international students who wish to commence their postgraduate studies in Education in 2025. This initiative reflects Murdoch’s commitment to creating a diverse learning environment and welcoming future educators from around the globe.

The scholarship is open to full-fee-paying international students starting the Master of Education (M1367) program at any of Murdoch’s Western Australian campuses in 2025. This scholarship reduces the tuition burden and supports students throughout the duration of their degree.

• Stipend value: 25% tuition fee reduction

Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

• Be an international, full-fee-paying student.

• Be commencing studies in 2025 at one of Murdoch University's Western Australian campuses.

• Be commencing the Master of Education (M1367) coursework degree.

• Not be receiving any other Murdoch scholarship.

• Not fall into the ineligible categories outlined below.

You are not eligible if you:

• Are an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

• Do not pay international tuition fees.

• Have received an Australian Government scholarship covering any part of your tuition.

• Are sponsored by a non-Australian Government funding body covering any part of your tuition fees.

Selection Criteria 

This scholarship is not competitive or merit-based. It is automatically awarded to eligible students upon admission into the course, provided all criteria are met. There is no separate application required.

How to Apply

You do not need to submit a separate application for this scholarship. It will be automatically awarded to eligible applicants who meet the criteria at the time of course admission.

Payment Method

The 25% scholarship amount will be automatically deducted from the course tuition fee each teaching period, for the entire duration of the degree.
