Deakin Vice-Chancellor International Scholarship 2026

This prestigious scholarship is offered by Deakin University, Australia, to recognize and support academically exceptional international students who wish to commence studies at the undergraduate or postgraduate (coursework) level.

Applicants who are not selected for the Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarship will automatically be considered for the Deakin International Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

• Have achieved a minimum of 85% average (or equivalent) in previous studies

• Submit a personal statement, two references, and a completed application to study at Deakin

• Personal statement (approximately 300 words)

• Two references (commenting on leadership or community contribution)

• Completed Deakin University course application, including academic transcripts

Your personal statement should address:

• Why you wish to study at Deakin

• Overview of extracurricular/work/voluntary experiences

• What makes you an outstanding ambassador for Deakin

• Any additional information supporting your application

4. Submit your scholarship application together with your course application or after applying to a course.
