Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Have met all conditions of your offer by the scholarship’s closing date (acceptance of the offer is not required before applying).

  • Demonstrate strong academic performance in your previous studies.

Eligible Countries: Open to all nationalities.
Eligible Programs: Any approved program under the Faculty of Science (refer to official Terms & Conditions for a full list).

How to Apply 

Application process:
Online applications for Semester 1, 2026 commencing students will close at 10:00 am (AEST) on Monday, 17 November 2025.

Applicants are required to:

  1. Complete the online scholarship application form via the UQ Scholarships website.

  2. Submit a personal statement (maximum one page) demonstrating your capacity to create change and contribute to science.

  3. Ensure all academic documents required for admission into the Faculty of Science are uploaded with your UQ program application.
