Australian Government International Research Training Program (RTP) Fee Offset Scholarship at The University of Western Australia

Applications are invited from suitably qualified international applicants for the Australian Government International Research Training Program Fee Offset Scholarship to undertake a Master by Research or Doctorate by Research degree.

Successful applicants will become members of a research team working under the direction of senior researchers in areas that have attracted resources.

These scholarships are funded by The University of Western Australia and cover international tuition fees for up to four years, as well as Overseas Student Health Cover for the awardee and dependents.

Eligibility Criteria for RTP Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Have a history of outstanding academic achievement.
  • Meet the requirements for entry to the nominated course.
  • Be a citizen of an overseas country, excluding New Zealand.
  • Meet the University’s English language competency requirements.
  • Not already be in receipt of an equivalent award or scholarship from the Australian Government designed to offset HDR fees.
  • Intend to enrol as a full-time student at one of the University's campuses.
  • Meet the eligibility criteria listed in the scholarship conditions.

Eligible Countries: All nationalities excluding New Zealand
